How do I gift someone using the card?
If you want to buy a gift card for someone else, you'll need to forward the gift email to the them.
Alternatively, if you choose the Physical Gift Card with Flowers option, we'll have the gift card delivered with your choice of a flower bouquet.
I’ve been given a gift card. Can I use it alongside a discount code?
Yes, you can combine a discount code and your digital gift card code. We’ll apply the discount code first, and then take off the value of your gift card on the remaining amount.
How do I redeem my gift card?
You will be able to redeem the value of the gift card by entering its unique code in the appropriate field at checkout.
How do I check the remaining balance on my gift card?
Simply enter your gift card code at the checkout, and you’ll be able to see how much you’ve got left on it.
